Fransche Kampheide
Fransche Kampheide, covering 40 hectares, is the only heath area within Gooise Meren. The site offers walking and cycling trails, as well as a spontaneously grown forest with oaks, birches, and Scots pines. The mix of young and old trees and open heathlands creates a rich flora. Dogs are allowed (on a leash), and facilities include a sheep shelter and play forest.
