De Vriendschap
De Vriendschap is a historic windmill in Weesp on the banks of the Vecht, producing flour and baked goods from ecological grains. The mill shop is open on Saturdays from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM, selling flour, baking supplies, and freshly baked products. Every Saturday, the mill is free to visit as a working museum, maintained by volunteers.
